Each 6,000 sq. ft. Grade Level building can be divided into any combination of 1,000 sq. ft. spaces (minimum 20ft. x 50ft.), offering 16ft. wall heights with a single 12ft. wide by 14ft. high overhead door, and high ceilings to accommodate any number of uses. If you need more than 1,000 sq. ft., we simply combine multiple spaces up to 6,000 sq. ft. under one roof, depending on your specific needs. Each 6000 sq. ft. Dock-High building can be divided into a minimum of 3,000 sq. ft. spaces offering 16ft wall heights with a single 8ft. wide by 10ft. high overhead door, and high ceilings to accommodate any number of uses.

We offer custom build-outs for offices, showrooms, product storage, and temperature controlled units.

The reinforced concrete drives are 70ft. wide, which make tractor-trailer access and deliveries very easy. The extra-wide drives are also helpful for navigating large RV’s in and out of these oversized spaces. In addition to these options, you will find phone and internet connections available through OPTIMUM® and AT&T®, and individual electric metering for all your electrical service needs. Water, sewer and trash services are included on an as needed basis.
